Job Title: Employed Mortgage Broker
Location: King’s Lynn, Norfolk (Flexible/Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £18,000 – £25,000 Basic (DOE) + Commission
On Target Earnings: ~£40,000 (Based on £100,000 Paid Business Target)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Mortgage Broker to join our growing team in King’s Lynn, Norfolk. This is an employed position offering a competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure, with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 per year. Flexible working arrangements are available, including the option to work remotely part of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients from a range of lenders and providers
- Manage and grow a pipeline of leads from internal and external sources
- Guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from initial consultation to completion
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage and protection products, market trends, and compliance standards
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual business targets (£100,000 paid business annually)

Requirements:
- CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification (essential)
- Proven experience in a mortgage advising role
