We are working with a well-established mortgage brokerage based in the heart of central London to find an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their growing team on a fully employed basis.

What You'll Be Doing
Advising clients on the full range of residential and buy-to-let mortgage productsManaging your own caseload from initial enquiry through to offer and completionBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients, solicitors, and estate agentsIdentifying protection needs and making appropriate recommendationsKeeping up to date with lender criteria and market developmentsMeeting individual and team targets in a compliant, client-first manner
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 2 solid years of written mortgage businessCeMAP qualified (or equivalent) — essentialAdditional qualifications (e.g. CeRER, CeMAP 2 & 3, CF6) are a distinct advantageStrong knowledge of the residential and buy-to-let mortgage marketProven ability to manage a pipeline and deliver excellent client outcomesExcellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approachSelf-motivated with the ability to thrive in both office and home environments
