Overview
An established and growing mortgage brokerage based in Surrey is seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Adviser to join their team. The Role
You will be responsible for providing expert mortgage and protection advice to a steady flow of clients, supporting them through the full application process from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clientsManage leads provided by the business as well as self-generated opportunitiesGuide clients through the full mortgage journey, ensuring a smooth and compliant processMaintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and market trendsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsEnsure all activities meet regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements
CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essentialProven experience as a Mortgage Adviser/BrokerStrong knowledge of the UK mortgage marketExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targetsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
