Practice Nurse

Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing care.Administer vaccinations and immunisations in line with national guidelines.Perform wound care, dressings, and suture removal.Undertake cervical screening and sexual health services.Support chronic disease management clinics including:

Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, Hypertension and Cardiovascular disease

Carry out health screening and health promotion activities.Monitor patients with long-term conditions and provide lifestyle advice.Assist with minor procedures and medical examinations.Conduct ECGs, spirometry, blood pressure monitoring, and phlebotomy.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
