Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years. Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Support children's development through positive reinforcement and tailored activities. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Observe and assess children’s progress, keeping accurate records. Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Requirements:
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred. Passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A caring and patient approach to working with children. Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
