Mbi started its journey as a medical recruitment company working within the Medical Sector helping Primary and Secondary care with their temporary, contract and permanent staffing needs.
Within this sector, we learnt the value of knowing our clients and candidates needs in fine detail so that when an interview takes place, we are confident that both parties would be happy.
Mbi slowly expanded out to the Care Sector, which included working closely with the majority of councils across the UK for their staffing needs. Working closely with councils opened up new requirements across various different sectors and moulded mbi into the mbi Staffing we are today, where we now fulfil staffing requirements across multiple sectors within the public and private domain, including healthcare, Finance, Engineering, Construction, Sales, technology & IT plus many more.
