About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients.
• Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Source suitable mortgage products from a comprehensive panel of lenders.
• Stay updated on the latest market trends, products, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
• Work collaboratively with introducers, estate agents, and in-house teams to generate leads and referrals.

Requirements:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser/Broker.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or buy-to-let mortgage markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
