We’re working with a well-established and highly respected financial services firm based in Surrey who are looking to appoint an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their growing team.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, guiding them through the full process from initial consultation to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising on residential and buy-to-let mortgage products
Recommending appropriate protection solutions
Managing your pipeline effectively from enquiry to completion
Building long-term relationships with clients and introducers
Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company standards

The Ideal Candidate
CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
Proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser
Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
Full UK driving licence preferred
