Explain mortgage terms, interest rates, fees, and repayment options clearly.

Mortgage Application Management

Prepare and submit mortgage applications.Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents, surveyors, and underwriters.Track applications through to offer and completion.Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.

Business Development

Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and partnerships.Build relationships with estate agents, accountants, and other introducers.Maintain a strong professional reputation and client base.Achieve agreed sales and income targets.

Compliance & Regulation

Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).Maintain accurate records and suitability reports.Follow anti-money laundering (AML) and data protection requirements.Complete ongoing continuing professional development (CPD).
