Senior Paraplanner
- Salary: £40,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Completes complex reports
- Acts as a referral point for other team members
- Oversees recording and monitoring of all ongoing cases
- Works directly with the management team on workflow updates
- Supports training & development for junior paraplanners and the wider team
Working Arrangements:
- Ideally office-based
- Open to hybrid: 4/1 or 3/2 split
- Hours: 8:30–5:00 Mon–Thurs | 8:30–1:00 Friday
