Key Responsibilities

• Offer professional, compliant mortgage and protection advice to clients
• Manage the full mortgage application process from initial consultation through to completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent customer service
• Keep up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements
• Work with internal support teams to ensure efficient and accurate processing

Requirements

• CeMAP or equivalent qualified (essential)
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a mortgage adviser/broker (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of residential and/or buy-to-let mortgages
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
