Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our established estate agency team in Ipswich. The position is open to both employed and self-employed candidates. The role involves advising clients on mortgage and protection products in a fast-paced, lead-generating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mortgage and protection solutions in line with current regulations
• Manage client cases from initial enquiry through to completion
• Maintain relationships with the estate agency team and third-party professionals
• Conduct client meetings in person, via phone, or video as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using compliant systems

Requirements:

• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification
• Previous experience as a mortgage advisor/broker
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• FCA-authorised (for self-employed applicants) or eligible for authorisation
• Own lead source preferred but not required
