About the Role:

We are a growing mortgage brokerage based in Rugby, Warwickshire, and we're looking for two driven self-employed brokers:

1 Junior Broker looking to build their career (we’ll support you towards achieving CAS)

1 Experienced Broker ready to earn more and grow with fewer restrictions

What We’re Looking For:

Junior Broker:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Eager to learn and develop into a high-performing advisor
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Ambitious, coachable, and motivated to build a client base

Experienced Broker:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with CAS status
• Proven track record in mortgage advice and sales
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Keen to take home more of your earnings with full flexibility

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Advising clients on mortgage and protection products
• Working on both company-provided leads and your own referrals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Maintaining compliance standards and accurate records
• Growing your personal brand within the local market
