Job Title: Mortgage Trainee / Administrator
Location: Hertford
Salary: £14,000 – £16,000 per annum (with annual reviews)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in Hertford as a Mortgage Trainee/Admin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the financial services sector, with full training and support provided.

Training Phase (first 3–6 months):

• Dedicated time to learn through training, shadowing, and mirroring.
• No performance expectations beyond punctuality, willingness to learn, and professional conduct.

Development Phase:

• Progression into an administrative support role.
• Exposure to different types of finance, including bridging loans, development loans, and mortgages.
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative duties and PA support to the Director.
• Gradual responsibility for managing client cases, with the opportunity to progress into a Case Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and organisational support.
• Assist with client files, document preparation, and case tracking.
• Manage day-to-day PA duties for the Director.
• Communicate with clients and lenders in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes.
