Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert mortgage advice to clients based on their needs and financial situationsConduct in-depth consultations with clients, assessing their financial positions and recommending suitable mortgage productsOffer advice on a wide range of mortgage products, including residential, buy-to-let, and remortgagesKeep up to date with the latest mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changesFor self-employed brokers, build and manage your own client base and take control of your earnings potentialFor employed brokers, work within a supportive team environment and contribute to the overall success of the businessManage your caseload efficiently, ensuring all applications are processed and submitted correctly

Requirements:

Self-Employed: Previous experience in a similar role, ability to source and manage clients, and the desire for flexibility and uncapped earnings.Employed: Experience in mortgage broking or financial services (although we are open to those with transferable skills), and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and driven approach to business development (particularly for self-employed applicants)A good understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and the lending market
