Protection Adviser – Sandbach (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 (DOE) + Commission (20–25%)
OTE: £55,000 – £75,000
Location: Sandbach (Hybrid – typically 60/40 split after induction)
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Protection Adviser to join our growing team in Sandbach. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most — their families, income, and future.
You’ll be joining a supportive, forward-thinking business with a strong flow of warm leads (from Estate Agency, New Build, and existing clients) — meaning no cold calling. You’ll receive full administrative and paraplanner support, allowing you to focus on delivering expert advice and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice on a range of personal protection products, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Work within a multi-tied or whole of market proposition to offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and excellent client outcomes.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience advising in the UK Personal Protection Market.
- Track record of success within a multi-tied or whole of market advisory environment.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Highly motivated, ethical, and client-focused approach.
- A Financial Services qualification such as CeMap, FP, or RO5 is desirable but not essential.

- Basic Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 (dependent on experience)
