Are you an experienced adviser or a motivated sales professional looking to build a career in financial protection? We are working with a growing and well-established firm seeking a Protection Adviser to join their team and help clients secure their financial future.
The Role
As a Protection Adviser, you will work closely with clients to understand their personal and financial circumstances, identifying potential risks and recommending suitable protection solutions. You’ll provide advice on products such as life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection, ensuring every recommendation is tailored, transparent, and compliant.
You’ll manage the full client journey, from initial consultation through to application and completion, while building strong, lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
You will conduct fact-finds and needs assessments, deliver clear and compliant advice, and support clients in making informed decisions about their protection needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, keeping up to date with industry regulations, and working towards agreed sales and performance targets.
About You
You are a confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and explain financial products in a simple, engaging way. You may already have experience as a Protection Adviser, or come from a sales or financial services background with a strong interest in developing within this field.
A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help clients protect what matters most are essential.
Relevant qualifications (such as those aligned with industry standards) are advantageous, but support may be provided for the right candidate.
