Job Title: Remote Self-Employed Mortgage Broker
Location: Remote (Based in Dereham, Norfolk)
Commission: 80% of all commission income
Additional Earnings: 100% of broker fees & solicitor referral income
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Self-Employed Mortgage Broker to join our directly authorised firm on a remote basis. Based in or around Dereham, Norfolk, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to take full control of their earnings, work independently, and offer a wide range of financial solutions to their clients.
This is a non-lead-provided role, ideal for brokers with their own client bank or established local connections. You will retain 80% of all commission earned and 100% of any broker fees and solicitor referral income, giving you the freedom and incentive to grow your own business.

Requirements
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a mortgage broker
- Ability to generate own leads or access to an existing client bank
- Knowledge of multiple product types including residential, BTL, bridging & commercial finance
- Excellent communication and self-management skills
- FCA registered and fit to operate under a directly authorised firm
