Job Title: Self-Employed Mortgage Broker
Location: Chorley (Hybrid/Remote)
Earnings: 70% commission on self-generated business, 45% commission on provided leads

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial Self-Employed Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic and supportive team. Based in Chorley with hybrid or fully remote working options, this is a fantastic opportunity for advisers who are looking to take control of their career and income while receiving tailored support to grow their own client base.

What We’re Looking For
- Self-starters with a genuine interest in building their own pipeline
- Candidates who will embrace both self-generation and company support
- Not suitable for advisers solely reliant on leads
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum 12 months experience in mortgage advising preferred
- Up-to-date knowledge of mortgage market products and regulations
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
