About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Self-Employed Mortgage Broker to join our growing team in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious broker looking to take control of their career with the backing of an established and supportive network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients based on individual needs and circumstances
• Source suitable mortgage products from a wide panel of lenders
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients through referrals and business development
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker
• Excellent knowledge of the mortgage market and lending criteria
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage your own workload and operate independently
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation
